Dani Reyes grew up between Santo Domingo and Bushwick, and her art lives in that gap — simultaneously confrontational and joyful, politically loaded and visually seductive. She trained in graphic design at FIT and spent three years painting murals across Brooklyn and the Bronx before transitioning to fine art. Her signature is high-contrast, limited-palette compositions built from bold geometric shapes and fragmented typography. Printed Matter named her a "designer to watch" in 2025. Her WornCanvas collection is the most direct translation of her wall work to date — at scale, unapologetic, designed to be read from across the street.
